Terms of service

These terms govern purchases made from LVATION, operated under the trade name MINDLVATION by Joachim Nzabanita, registered in Belgium under company number 1039.260.275 and VAT number BE1039260275.

The essential product characteristics, availability, total price, delivery costs and accepted payment methods are displayed before the order is confirmed. Prices applicable to the order are those shown at checkout.

An order is placed when the customer confirms payment. It is accepted when payment is authorized and Shopify sends an order confirmation. LVATION may cancel and refund an order if payment, stock or delivery information cannot be validated.

The customer must provide complete and accurate billing and delivery information. LVATION is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.
