Shipping policy

The destinations, DHL delivery services, prices and estimated transit times available for an order are displayed at checkout. An option is binding only when it appears in the confirmed order.

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by customs, peak periods, force majeure or an incorrect address.

LVATION remains responsible for the goods until they are physically received by the customer or a designated third party, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by LVATION.

Orders delivered outside the European Union are shipped DAP. Import duties, taxes and customs or handling fees are not included in the amount paid to LVATION and may be collected from the recipient by DHL, a customs agent or local authorities.

The customer is responsible for entering a complete deliverable address and for following DHL tracking and delivery instructions.
